How do elevation extremes change recovery and strain?

This is extremely limited data from my fitness tracker's mobile app, but I had a lot of fun doing this study and would love to conduct more like it. Many other fitness similar tracking devices work similar, I like this one the best because I'm the most familiar with it.

Fitness tracking is a technique that I might use with clients if they want to and can afford the device.
